Texas Caviar

Ingredients:
1 can black-eyed peas (or black beans), drained
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can Rotel
1 can Diced Tomatoes, drained
3/4 cup Italian Dressing

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and serve.

***Spice it up with some green onions and cilantro***
Makes enough to serve 10-15 people
